Hi! My name is Halia, and I’m a director based in Atlanta, GA. I was born and raised in Decatur, GA, and attended Chapman University from 2020-2024, where I majored in Film Production Directing and minored in Peace Studies.

I have a deep passion for storytelling, and I pour my heart and soul into every project I take on. Whether it's directing, writing, 1st ADing, or working in the art department, my goal is to create films that resonate with audiences.

My work often explores the complexities of human relationships and tackles social/world issues. I believe film is a powerful tool for sharing important topics and sparking conversations that can lead to positive change.

With a down-to-earth approach and a focus on collaboration, I strive to bring compelling stories to life. Through my films, I aim to capture the intricacies of relationships and conflict and empower young women like me to use their voices for good.
